We ship using Australia Post. When your order is despatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking code.

Despatch time

Orders received by 12 noon Sydney time on business days will be posted the same day, otherwise the next business day. The approximate delivery times are here, but note that these can be longer during the Christmas period.

Parcel Post

This is the regular parcel service.

Express Post

Next business day delivery if you are within the express post network when orders are received by 12 noon Sydney time. Orders received up to 4:00pm might still get sent that day if we have time. If it's urgent, message us and we'll do our best to help.

Signature on delivery

If your order value is under $100, you have the choice of selecting signature on delivery. Orders over $100 automatically require signature on delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery, a card will be left and you will need to collect your parcel from your local post office or distribution centre.

If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time, it will be returned to us. A restocking fee or redelivery fee equal to the postage price will apply.

Local pickup

If you are in Sydney, you can collect your kits from the Post Office at South Turramurra who operate extended hours including weekend mornings. Here's the procedure:

  1. During checkout, select the local pickup option
  2. Wait until you receive our confirmation email that your goods are ready for collection
  3. This is a small post office and they have limited space so collect your goods promptly (from the post office - NOT the bakery next door!)

Missing Items

Parcels are almost always successfully delivered. However if your item goes missing, please appreciate that we have to work within the framework of Australia Post and it can take time to resolve this, especially over Christmas. In most cases, it's just a case of waiting a bit longer. On the rare occasions when Australia Post acknowledges that an item is lost, we will refund your purchase in full.

If the tracking shows that the item was delivered, but you did not receive it, Australia Post will not assist us, so you will need to discuss this with them yourself. Refunds are not provided when the tracking indicates the parcel has been delivered.

Damaged goods

We ship the kits in strong boxes and we experience very few problems with damages during transit. However if your kit arrives damaged, take a photo of the damage to the kit and/or the box and forward this to us. You can choose to a receive a replacement or refund.
